I have to say that our trip to Costa Rica was, in several ways, life altering for me.
For one, I have a new appreciation for all that I have and enjoy. I have an enriched view on life and I am thankful for the opportunities that I have to help others, both locally and around the world.
I also have a renewed desire to learn Spanish, something I have long tried to to. With the help of Rosetta Stone, I will accomplish this goal, as I want to be able to converse with those we help and to assist the team the next time I go on mission, whether it be Costa Rica, Honduras, or Cuba.
I continue to pray for the people in Costa Rica and thank God for the opportunity to have been in mission with the team from Hope.
