Well, we are only a few days away from our major outreach endeavor here at Hope. Experience Bethlehem is a four night journey through the walls of Bethlehem; an expereince where travellers can catch a glimpse of what that first Christmas morning was like. It is our deepest hope that those who attend will be blessed with the reality of what we celebrate at Christmas time: the birth of the Savior of humanity, Jesus Christ. Once again, Experience Bethlehem was a resounding success. This is all due to the great leadership Nancy Burden and Judy Miller provided us, plus the endless hours of work by our congregation to build, costume, outfit, and fill the city of Bethlehem. We once again broke previous records of attenance and canned food collected and both will result in blessings to our community. I am so thankful to belong to such a loving and devoted congregation!
